The Site Visit

If we're a good match, we meet our clients on their property and walk it together. We visualize their aspirations and key objectives—favorite views, preferences for privacy—from a builder's perspective.

And with our deep expertise in site analysis, we aim to identify the challenges—and opportunities—hidden from plain sight.

Planning & Design

With a clear picture of the land, we move into planning and design. We work alongside our clients—and, where applicable, their architectural designer—to develop drawings that are faithful to both their vision and our rigorous structural and performance standards.

Estimating

Once the construction drawings, engineering, and specifications are complete, we go to our suppliers and subcontractors for real numbers. Then we assemble and present a complete control estimate— and don't break ground until everyone is aligned.

Construction

Construction unfolds in a sequence we've carefully choreographed over hundreds of builds. And because building in the mountains requires thoughtful coordination and technical expertise, our team carefully manages every phase of the process— from site preparation to the structural systems to the final finishes and landscaping.

And with communication a core priority, our clients continue to work directly with our leadership for the duration of their build. Real-time progress photos, scheduling, selections, and budget tracking are always accessible through our online portal and mobile app, and our weekly internal project reviews ensure every active build receives collaborative oversight, with focused discussion surrounding progress, coordination, challenges, and solutions.

After Move-In

Our commitment to our clients doesn't end at move-in: A 2-10 Structural Warranty and ongoing post-construction support help ensure that the home performs the way it was built to. And as the home experiences seasonal changes and the first months of occupancy, our team remains engaged in evaluating performance, ensuring every system continues operating as intended, and addressing warrantable items. Our commitment to the project extends well beyond completion, providing clients with continued support and long-term peace of mind.
